About Roast & Recruit

Roast & Recruit turns resume feedback into something you actually want to read: a funny roast, followed by an ATS-friendly rewrite. It's built for job seekers, students, and career switchers who want a clearer way to tell their story.

We roast the writing, not your worth. Share your roast card on LinkedIn, TikTok, or X, challenge a friend, and take the useful feedback into your next draft. Always review your rewrite for accuracy—better wording should never mean invented experience.
